法國食品接觸橡膠制品和嬰幼兒奶嘴新法令Decree of 5 Auguest 2020
Arrêtédu 5 ao?t 2020Decree of 5 August 2020 relating to rubber materials and products intended to comeinto contact with foodstuffs, nipples and pacifiers for infants and young children
2020 年(nian) 8 月(yue) 11 日，法(fa)國發布了關于食品接觸橡膠和嬰幼兒奶嘴的新(xin)法(fa)令(ling) Decree of 5 August 2020，該法(fa)令(ling)取(qu)代(dai)并(bing)廢除了之前的舊(jiu)法(fa)令(ling)Decree of 9 November 1994，并(bing)將于 2021 年(nian) 7 月(yue) 1 日生(sheng)效。
France published new Decree of 5 August 2020 relating on rubber materials and products intended to come into contact with foodstuffs, nipples and pacifiers
for infants and young children. The new Decree replaces and repeals the old decree of 9 November 1994 and will be come into force on July 1, 2021.
新法令主要(yao)更新內容(rong)如(ru)下 Mainly updated content of the new Decree as below：
1. 管控范圍 Scope：橡膠(jiao)包(bao)括(kuo)硫化的熱塑(su)性彈(dan)性體，但不包(bao)含硅膠(jiao)；Rubber include vulcanized thermoplastic elastomers, but exclude silicone;
2. 新的授權清單 New positive list：單體和(he)初始(shi)物(wu)質(zhi)，添加劑等；Monomers and starting substance, additives, etc;
3. 符(fu)合(he)性聲明(ming)的(de)要求；Declaration of conformity;
4. 新的(de)測試要(yao)求(如下表(biao))；New test requirement as below table;
