歐盟史上最嚴格的玩具標準(EU) 2021/867，擬更新法規協調標準
2021年5月31日，歐盟在其官方公報上(shang)發布(EU) 2021/867決議(yi)，擬修(xiu)訂歐盟玩具法規2009/48/EC的(de)協調標準(zhun)(zhun)清單。新的(de)協調標準(zhun)(zhun)清單如下：

該協調標(biao)準清單(dan)將取(qu)代2019年歐盟在(zai)其官方公報上發布的（EU）2019/1728決議，本次變(bian)化主要(yao)基(ji)于(yu)如下考慮(lv)：
（1）指(zhi)畫顏料標準(zhun)更(geng)新(xin)了多種著色劑(ji)的(de)要求以(yi)及防(fang)腐劑(ji)的(de)要求；
（2）亞硝胺(an)標準更(geng)新，適(shi)用于更(geng)多類別的(de)亞硝胺(an)及相(xiang)關物(wu)質，同時(shi)檢測能(neng)力提高，設備可(ke)以(yi)達到更(geng)低的(de)檢出限；
（3）電動玩具規定了(le)進一步的警告，以確保消(xiao)費者(zhe)更好(hao)地了(le)解(jie)吞咽紐扣電池的危害。
下(xia)列標準即將失效(xiao)，同時考慮到給玩具制造商足夠的時間使(shi)其產品適(shi)應新的協調標準中的規范(fan)，應該有適(shi)當的過渡期：

2009/48/EC是(shi)歐(ou)盟(meng)的(de)玩具法規(gui)，被稱(cheng)為“史上(shang)最嚴格(ge)的(de)玩具標準(zhun)”規(gui)定了(le)(le)玩具的(de)機(ji)械物理性(xing)能、燃燒性(xing)能、化學(xue)性(xing)能、放(fang)射(she)性(xing)能、電動安全性(xing)能等要(yao)求，這些要(yao)求的(de)相關協調(diao)標準(zhun)會在歐(ou)盟(meng)官(guan)方公報(bao)上(shang)實時更(geng)新。產品只(zhi)有滿足了(le)(le)這些協調(diao)標準(zhun)才會被假定滿足2009/48/EC能進入歐(ou)盟(meng)市場流通。
