SABER認證機構不可在授權地理區域范圍之外簽發Type3類產品PCoC證書

根據2022年1月(yue)4日舉行的SASO當(dang)局與符合性評定機(ji)構的第(di)九(jiu)次會(hui)(hui)議(yi)以及會(hui)(hui)議(yi)決定，SASO（沙(sha)特(te)阿拉伯標準，計量(liang)和(he)質量(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)）發布了《關于(yu)簽發3類產(chan)品合格(ge)證書(shu)的通知》，相關內容如下:

自2022年4月1日起，認證機構不可(ke)在授(shou)權地理區(qu)域范圍之外為Type3類產品頒(ban)發產品證書（SABER PCoC）。如出現違(wei)反本決定(ding)的情況，主管部門將(jiang)對違(wei)反規定(ding)的機構采取法律(lv)措施。

Reference to the decision of the ninth periodic meeting with the certification bodies for accepted products held on Jan.4th, 2022, the Notification about Certification of Conformity was released by SASO (Saudi Arabian Standards Organization) and made the following instruction:

Certification Bodies are forbidden to issue a Product Certificate to the Type 3 products outside the acceptable geographic range started from Apr. 1st, 2022. The SASO authority will verify whether there is a violation of this decision among all the Certification Bodies, and it will take legal measures to the violating parties.
