歐(ou)盟擬更新玩具法規EN71協調標準(zhun)
2023年4月，歐盟在其官方公報上發布(EU) 2023/740決議，考(kao)慮(lv)到玩具(ju)安全指(zhi)令的(de)更新以及歐洲(zhou)標準化委員會（CEN）發布的(de)新標準，擬再次修訂歐盟玩具(ju)法規2009/48/EC的(de)協調標準清單(dan)。新的(de)協調標準清單(dan)如下：

該協(xie)調標準(zhun)清單取代2021年11月(yue)份歐盟在其官方(fang)公報上發布(bu)的(EU) 2021/1992決(jue)議，且自該決(jue)議（(EU) 2023/740）在官方(fang)公報上發布(bu)之日起，最新的協(xie)調標準(zhun)立即生效。
2009/48/EC是歐(ou)盟的玩(wan)(wan)具(ju)法規(gui)，被(bei)稱為“史上最嚴格(ge)的玩(wan)(wan)具(ju)標準(zhun)”規(gui)定了玩(wan)(wan)具(ju)的機(ji)械(xie)物理(li)性(xing)(xing)能、燃燒性(xing)(xing)能、化學(xue)性(xing)(xing)能、放射性(xing)(xing)能、電動安全性(xing)(xing)能等要(yao)求，這些(xie)要(yao)求的相關協調(diao)(diao)標準(zhun)會(hui)在歐(ou)盟官方公報(bao)上實(shi)時更(geng)新。產品只有滿(man)足了這些(xie)協調(diao)(diao)標準(zhun)才會(hui)被(bei)假定滿(man)足2009/48/EC能進入歐(ou)盟市場流通(tong)。
